Lakeview Realty Investors (LRI) purchased the site in 2010 during the Great Recession, capitalizing on great land prices and a superior location. LRI was an all cash buyer and was able to buy the land without having to deal with the tight lending environment the Great Recession created.

Soon after, LRI began plans on putting up a building that would maximize the site and viability. Working with its partners, LRI was able to build a LEED certified building right when the market began to turn in 2014. After completion, LRI was able to get the building leased creating positive cash flow before its one-year anniversary of being built.

LRI’s lean structure, great partnerships and ability to internally fund it projects led them to capitalize on an improving market quickly while not waiting for outside approvals. This structure has repeated itself throughout the 40- year history of Lakeview Realty Partners.
