Lakeview Realty Investors is continually scouring for strategic acquisition opportunities. We seek to acquire properties where there is an opportunity to create value through development, repositioning, or adaptive reuse. We are also interested in acquiring land sites for development.
We have a very lean management structure that allows us to make decisions quickly on all levels of the transaction. We are a cash buyer and can close quickly by performing all our own due diligence to be able to clear contingencies quickly.
Our target properties typically include the following:
- Location in major markets such as I55, O’Hare, and I88
- Fully leased, partially leased or vacant
- Size range 45,000-150,000 SF
- Precast construction
- Minimum of 24’ clear height
We also have an in house leasing team that prepare lease proposals, review lease terms and finalize documents quickly and efficiently in order to get the deal done and the tenant in their space operating as quickly as possible. Because of our long term hold philosophy, we can structure our deals differently than most institutional owners, allowing better terms for tenants.
