Lakeview has extensive in house expertise to develop your building to your exact standards and specifications. We have numerous relationships with architects, engineers and general contractors that will guide our customers from schematic design to full construction drawings.
Our expertise does not stop there, our lean management structure allows us to build quickly and on budget. We do not have to wait for outside approval because we internally finance our construction and tenant improvement projects.
Lakeview also prides itself on building LEED Certified buildings. Our last two developments and redevelopment earned Silver and Gold status respectively.
Tenant Improvements
Lakeview Realty Investors does schematic design, creates construction drawings and manages a project from start to finish.
We have our own in-house construction manager, which allows us to provide budget pricing to our prospective tenants in a matter of days, not weeks, so they can make decisions quickly.
Having our own construction manager also allows us to see and resolve potential problems ahead of time. By avoiding delays and adding additional costs, we complete tenant improvement projects on budget and on time.
